Mr Ladi Oluokun, a former Chairman of Ibadan North-East Local Government has lauded the appointment of Mr Zacchaeus Adedeji as the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Revenue.
Oluokun commended Tinubu for making great choices in the appointment of professionals who have great track record of service in their chosen careers.
He said that the new appointees, particularly Adedeji deserved their new positions, having demonstrated their competence and capacity to deliver with great results

Recall that the president had on Thursday announced Adedeji as one of his eight newly approved Special Advisers.
Adedeji was a former Commissioner for Finance in Oyo state during the administration of late former Gov. Abiola Ajimobi and immediate past Executive Secretary, National Sugar Development Council (NSDC).
The former local government chairman described Adedeji as a knowledgeable and competent financial expert, who had in previous positions held, demonstrated capacity with great results.
The APC chieftain said that as a commissioner under the late Ajimobi, Adedeji demonstrated his prowess as a
knowledgeable and competent financial expert.
Oluokun described the appointment as putting a round peg in a round hole, saying Adedeji is a thoroughbred professional.
He expressed confidence that Adedeji would serve diligently and make them proud.
