Eid ul fitr: Oyo NUJ Chair Felicitates Muslim Journalists, calls for Prayers
The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council, has praised Muslim journalists in the state for their resilience and dedication to their duties during the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement signed by the Chairman, Ademola Babalola, and made available to journalists by the Secretary, Sola Oladapo, the NUJ Oyo State Council commended the Muslim journalists for their commitment to their profession despite the challenges of fasting.
The statement also urged Christian journalists to intensify their prayers as the Lenten period progresses, emphasizing the importance of spiritual growth and self-reflection during this period.
The NUJ Oyo State Council encouraged all journalists in the state to continue striving for excellence in their work, regardless of their religious affiliations.
