NIGERIA @ 64: Hon. Olajide Odidiomo Charges Nigeria on unity, progress

 

 

As Nigeria marks its 64th Independence anniversary, Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide, Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Digital, Information Communication Technology and Cybersecurity, has felicitated with Nigerians, urging unity and progress.

 

Olajide described Nigeria’s independence as a significant milestone, noting that the country has made tremendous progress since October 1, 1960.

 

He commended the nation’s founding fathers, who fought tirelessly for independence and acknowledged the contributions of past leaders who have shaped Nigeria’s history and emphasized the need for Nigerians to come together, regardless of ethnic or religious differences, to build a stronger and more prosperous nation while also expressing optimism that Nigeria would overcome its current challenges and achieve its full potential

 

“As we celebrate our independence, we must reflect on our collective achievements and challenges. We must work together to address our differences and harness our diversity for national growth,” Olajide admonished.
