Commissioner For Information Assures NOA Of Partnership
The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has once again demonstrated its readiness to instill right attitudes in Oyo state citizens as the Agency receives assurance of support for ‘Value Reorientation’ of the populace by the State Commissioner for Information Prince Dotun Oyelade.
In a release by the Agency’s media unit to the Press shortly after they paid a courtesy visit to the Hon. Commissioner in his office at Secretariat Ibadan.
The Director described the Commissioner as a patriot who is always passionate about national development with a long history of supporting the Agency particularly when he was the Executive Chairman of BCOS. The Director therefore craved for further partnership to fortify the existing harmonious collaboration.
In his response, Prince Dotun Oyelade noted that the visit couldn’t have come at a better time as all hands need to be on deck now to address value reorientation which is expected to have a positive impact on the youth and help them become better citizens.
Prince Oyelade added that he is ready more than ever before to partner with the Agency for Value Reorientation and Attitudinal Change. He also bemoaned the heart wretching stories of young citizens in their productive years engaging in illicit drugs abuse at alarming rate. He noted the damaging effects of such attitudes among youths are too terrible to ignore.
While giving the vote of thanks, Mr Rotimi Babalola lauded the visiting Director for being media -friendly and reiterated the Ministry readiness to partner with the Agency.
