The Federal lawmaker representing Ibadan North-West and Ibadan South-West federal constituency of Oyo state, Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide has eulogized the Olubadan designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin on his Birthday.
Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide, prominent son of Ibadanland from Ile Akuru while felicitating the Olubadan designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin on his 89th Birthday described Kabiyesi as a “visionary leader” and a “shining star” in the annals of the history of Ibadanland.
In a congratulatory message personally sent to the monarch, and made available to newsmen by Tolu Mustapha, Special Adviser, Media and Public Affairs to Hon. Olajide, the two term lawmaker praised Oba Olakulehin’s wisdom, courage, and leadership, which he said have brought immense progress and development to Ibadanland.
“Kabiyesi’s birthday is a celebration of wisdom, courage, and leadership, and I am honored to be associated with him, Olajide said.
Speaking further in the congratulatory message, Odidiomo extolled the virtues of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin and pray God grant him more purposeful life in good health, “Baba’s dedication to the service of humanity is unparalleled, and his reign as Olubadan (designate)will bring immense progress to our dear city, promote peace, unity, and development in Ibadanland.
“Oba Olakulehin’s commitment to the welfare of his subjects is unwavering, and his palace has become a beacon of hope for the downtrodden,” Olajide said.
“I pray that God grants him many more years of wisdom, good health, and reign,” the congratulatory message concluded.
